Terms of Service

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

1. The Service

GameTalk (the "Service") is a mobile app that offers public chat rooms about games, voice calls, and follow-based 1:1 conversations. The Service is provided by its operator ("we" or "us").

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 14 years old to sign up.
• You sign up with an email address and a password, and you are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You can change your nickname once every 14 days. Nicknames and photos that impersonate someone else are not allowed.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the app. Signing in within 7 days of requesting deletion cancels it; after that, deletion cannot be undone.

3. Content you post

You are responsible for the messages, photos, profile details, and other content you post. We do not allow the following, and may remove it and suspend the account as soon as we find it:

• Abuse, harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Sexual content, or inappropriate content involving minors
• Spam, advertising, scams, impersonation, or leaking personal information
• Content that encourages illegal activity or violence
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights

You can flag such content with the report feature. We review reports within 24 hours and take action such as removal or suspension. You can also block other users; blocked users cannot follow, message, or find each other in search.

4. Rooms and calls

• Chat rooms are public and anyone can join. The room host can close the room, which deletes all of its messages and photos.
• Voice calls hold up to 5 people per room. Calls are not stored or recorded on our servers.

5. Intellectual property

You keep the rights to the content you post, and you allow the Service to use it as far as needed to store, transmit, and display it. The Service's design, code, and trademarks belong to us.

6. Changes to and discontinuation of the Service

We may change features of the Service or discontinue parts of it. We announce important changes in the app in advance. The Service is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.

7. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we post the new version on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
